$5 Theater Tickets for SNAP & Oregon Trail Card Holders

*
Portland Center Stage offers an interpreted performance for each of their plays. Deaf Community members receive special discount pricing for their tickets to these interpreted performances. Right now tickets must be ordered by calling the box office at 503-445-3700. Beginning in November, these special priced tickets can be ordered online by using promo code SIGN. But for the upcoming, outstanding production of "Fiddler on the Roof" (interpreted 10/3) you need to call the box office or buy your tickets in person between noon to 6pm at The Gerding Theatre, 128 NW 11th Avenue, Portland, Oregon.

But there is an even better deal for SNAP beneficiaries who hold the Oregon Trail Card. Portland Center Stage is a participant in the "Arts for All" program. Click on the link to read more about it - but here are the basics ....

Arts for All (the basic information; see website for more details)
  • When single tickets go on sale, individuals with Oregon Trail Cards may purchase tickets to any PCS production for $5 per ticket. Cardholders may purchase a maximum of two tickets per production.
  • Arts for All tickets may be purchased in advance by calling the PCS box office at 503-445-3700. However, you must present your Oregon Trail Card before tickets will be issued.
  • Anyone who receives food stamps (SNAP) and has the Oregon Trail Card is eligible to purchase $5 tickets; however, SNAP credit on the Oregon Trail Card cannot be used towards the price of the tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges.
